Georgie Kontos was put on the DL, and I don’t think it’s related to his little run in with the law. Usually a team will just put a player on the restricted list for disciplinary stuff. On the bright side, check out who replaced him in the Tampa rotation…

    Ah man, I thought that Tampa reference meant Joba.

    Whats up with Ohlendorf? He looked good in the spring, like a poor man’s Wang. But 9-2 gb/fb tonight, and somehow he gives up 9 hits. Must be unlucky; that’s a lot of gbs that make it through the infield.

    Charleston’s got some arms tho huh? All the starters have eras well below 4, and the highest whip is Norton’s 1.20. Plus Robertson and Hovis haven’t given up an earned run in 19 ip out of the pen, w/ 26 ks btwn them.
