They did it with Karstens(down to AA to staighten out, then back to AAA then even all the way to the BRONX) last year and it turned his season around... considering that before this year Chase never pitched above A ball, and his AAA numbers- 4.50 ERA, as many walks as strikouts,not good- but the number of baserunners allowed stat is awful and it seems the numbers have been getting worse... a three inning outing today? Is it possible there is still a hangover from the Sunday Night Massacre at Fenway?
