He was absolutely fantastic last year, but this year he's "just" been very good. He's not really a prospect, but if he keeps performing, they should just keep moving him up. I mean, my heart wouldn't be broken if he stayed in Tampa all year; you need older veteran guys like him to help show the kids the way. Hovis and Robertson will probably get bumped up to Tampa as soon as the All-Star break ends. Hovis isn't a true prospect either, but man is UNC missing him in the CWS. Robertson is a prospect, and he's been worthy of a promotion since late April. They weren't afraid to agressively promote Joba after only 7 A-ball starts (7! that's unheard of), so they shouldn't be afraid to jump any of these guys after half a year.
