Giambi not progressing much

By

According to the Daily News, Jason Giambi hasn’t made much progress in his quest to heal his torn plantar fascia. The report says he’s still wearing a boot. While the initial timetable put his return date at around the start of July, some less optimistic writers speculated that Giambi could miss the whole season. Right now, it’s not looking too good for the Yanks’ DH.

my humble opinion; giambi will never play in pinstripes again.

ANOTHER BAD OUTING FOR Edwar Ramirez.. 3 innings, 6k’s, lower ERA to .68..can this guy get a damn shot.. DFA Villone and I pray but it will never happen even though it should DFA Farnsworth and get him out of here..

he is jerk and he stinks………….

I agree Luddy, and a small part of me thinks he may never play MLB baseball again. This whole Mitchell Investigation junk could end up being a death sentence for his career.

But boy do the the Yanks miss having his power (or even just a threat of power) in the lineup.

  4. Luddy Bazcej says:

Cant argue with that Mike. Even a so so Giambi hitting .250 with 25 HR’s and 80 RBIS and a heap of walks, would be welcome in this lineup.
