Sardinha headed to Seattle

By Joseph Pawlikowski

Small item of note: The Mariners have signed Bronson Sardinha to a minor league deal with an invite to Spring Training. While it would have been nice to have kept Sardinha around for depth, the loss means little in the long run.

Where is his brother catching in 2008?

Mike A. says:

Dane resigned with the Tigers on a minor league deal. Talk about a potential superstar that didn’t work out.

dan says:

Dane’s baseballcube pages doesn’t have anything prior to his age 22 season… how did he become so highly regarded?

Mike A. says:

He was the shizz at Pepperdine. Big time power for a catcher, and a cannon arm. He basically was then what Jesus Montero is now.
