By Mike Axisa

Dan over at Pinstripes PA sat down with the legendary Famous Fat Dave. They talked food, working as a hot dog vendor, and of course, the Yankees. Ch-ch-check it out.

Ben K. says:

Unfortunately, Yankee Stadium hot dogs taste like they’ve been dropped on the floor, stepped on, and then put back in the bun.

I love this description, but after journeying to most of the Major League Baseball stadiums around, I think the same can be said the league over. Hot dogs are a dying breed in baseball stadiums, and they’re usually relegated to second-class status. Instead, concessions focuses more on the specialty foods like BBQ and sushi.

Thank goodness New Yorkers have Gray’s Papaya.

Sorry to all you visitors. :(
