Thanks everyone who has emailed me about joining. It is going to be a fun fantasy season. My messages from my work computer during the day do not make it on the site (probably some filter my work has put on to prevent blogging) but this site is great and I read everyone’ comments daily. I just spoke with our fearless leader and was assured if we went over 10 players there would be no problem. It would simply increase the challenge which I think we’re all for. He said to e-mail him at the address on the bottom of the post to sign up.

You’ll have to discuss via e-mail any changes in the rules of the league but I’m sure he’d be open to anything the majority of the league was in favor of. I think it’s likely to be a daily changes league as most of the players from last year thought it would be better that way. We were a weekly change league last year and it seemed like it would be more fun if we had more granular control but that’s certainly up for debate.

I’d be honored to join. I’m not a fan of a 2 catcher system, either, though. Weekly roster changes. the draft date/time seems OK, but I’d prefer to back it up an hour or 2 (kids and all!). Roto scoring is fine. My long running league converted from using Batting Average to OBP to better capture a player’s truer value. Just a thought.

Let me know if I’ve scored a Golden Ticket.
