I wouldn't consider any owner a Hall of Famer unless they made some incredible contribution to the game. Revenue Sharing that supports other teams doesn't count because even though the owners voted it in, they wouldn't do it if they didn't absolutely have to. Great owner, but not a Hall of Famer.
