Has anybody looked at Ohlendorf's record? It's not like he's been terrible, but he's been completely mediocre in the minors; how do you expect him to be good in the majors? They've been mesmerized by a hard fastball, but that's pretty much all he has going for him. There are 3-5 pitchers in AAA that deserve to be there more than Ohlendorf. You have to be in the minors after being demoted from the majors for a total of 20 days for an option year to be used. What I am arguing is the rule that you can not be recalled from the minors for 10 days after being sent down from the majors. To give a guy a rest by sending him to AAA and not having him for 10 days is just foolish. Sorry, I keep saying option years.
