If Cole was on the board at 28 it would be hard to pass him up (even with Hosmer available). Everything you hear about Cole is that he's just got a terrific arm. Not in the Jarrod Parker class but pretty electric nonetheless. Given the disparity in the system between position players and pitchers it's tempting to draft for need but I don't think the organization can afford to do that. They need to continue taking the highest ceiling guy available. You just can't know what the future holds in terms of injuries with pitchers. I still think he'll go in the top 15 b/c somebody will crack on the bonus demands first, unless they think it's too risky and would rather just take someone else.
