Bartolo Colon is placed on the DL due to a back injury generated by a swing and miss. Now this is why Inter-league play is bad.

He's shocked about the tasteless manner that Randolph was relieved of his job because it is in fact tasteless how he was fired. I'm not about to get into the whole fiasco but is it willie's fault Delgado declined rapidly? His fault Pedro's always hurt? His fault Beltran's an underachiever, or Alou can't stay on the field? Did he trade Royce Ring and Bell for nothing? Did he do away with Bannister who's at least servicable for Burgos? His fault the bullpen is comprised of lame ducks?
