He's been hurt way too much, has only pitched over 200 innings twice in his career, and has had maybe 1 excellent season (2007), with 2003 being very good but he only pitched 142 innings. Now one finds that the batters are knocking him around like a ping pong ball, at first it is; I didn't hit my spots well, etc. It is hard for some very good athletes to admit they are among their equals, or in some cases, their betters. Been there, done that, have seen others go through the same thing. The smart ones' figure it out, IPK will too. 27/09?
