Coney said he got some stats for Sidney’s scouting report wrong, mentioning that he misused B-Ref (by name). He this was Ponson’s first career start against the Rays, then corrected himself to say he’s 8-9 against them.

Mike, talking about NHL 09 brings back memories for me, from Sega Genesis!!!! I havent played an NHL game since the last days of Genesis. Dunno why I stopped I loved those games but never kept on buying them once I got a Playstation.
Since I am not a fan at all of the NHL now I would be frustrated not knowing the players and what not. Unless they had the 1994 Rangers that is!!!!
Yeah, I jumped right on the bandwagon when the Rangers own. I stopped following hockey after/during the strike. I know about 50% of the players, but the gameplay is just unreal.
Thats how I am with FIFA. Just downloaded the new demo and I cant wait for the game to come out on Oct 14th. Although thanks to some of my friends and having Fox Soccer Channel in my Sports Tier (only purchased to get NFL Network, only 5 bucks extra per month so not too bad, plus I also get NBATV year round) I actually know most of the players in FIFA.
Maybe Ill download the demo. On another side note, just bought Hot Shots for PS3, AMAZING game!!!!

If you want to have a contending team next year with a lineup like we need to win i cant believe that we would be okay with Giambi/Miranda platoon and I’m not a big fan of Nady therre becuz he said he wasnt comfortable there and he would only be a 1 yr fix and than wed have to give him a pretty big deal considering scott boras you know X will prob make it to FA… I know Tex and NAdy both have Boras so u dont need to tell me that. But if you want to have a team much better than the one this year and thats what we need to compete you have to get better than a Giambi/Miranda platoon. And you want to keep the farm so Tex’s deal isnt as bad as it looks. Id much rather give Tex a 120 130 mill deal than CC. Obv CC is the bigger need but Tex’s deal is less risky
