Damn! No answers about Melvin Croussett.

Mike A. says:

Yes, I know I screwed up the “least likely” question a third time. I cracked under the pressure guys. I’m unclutch.

Rafi says:

Can you post the link to the BA article about Mike Dunn, I can’t seem to find it. Thanks

Thomas says:

Your number 9 prospect was Sanchez. Who is he? I can’t find his name on the minor league affiliates’ rosters.

Thomas says:

God, it Humberto Sanchez. Man I am an idiot. Just forgot.

dan says:

That Alex Sanchez guy who got busted for steroids? The sky is the limit for that kid. ;)

Phil McCracken says:

Whats wrong with this picture?

When it was Phil Hughes and Melky Cabrera for Johan Santana, the pitcher with the best active stats in the game it was “Save the Big Three” and “Don’t do it Brian”.

Now in this chat someone proposes Hughes, Jackson, and Melancon for Peavy. And your response is that you’d try to get Melancon out of the deal.

But isn’t something clearly wrong with the fan’s player evaluation and Brian Cashman’s player evaluation when a year ago everyone wouldn’t do a trade that was basically Hughes for Santana straight up. Because I’m not counting Melky Cabrera as anything when everyone said all along that he was a 4th outfielder.

Now everyone here is on board with trading Hughes and Jackson which are two top end prospects for Peavy who isn’t nearly as good as Santana has been over the long haul and he’s a right hander
