The 2008 Brewers were a "win-now" team. The 2008 Royals were a "win-later" team. The Yankees are always and constantly a "win-now AND win-later" team. The Red Sox were known for having big hitting, slow footed, poor defensive teams for many years. And while they looked good on paper, they never won anything. They would build teams for that ballpark. When Theo took over he put more emphasis on pitching and defense, and the rest is history. Dunn would represent a step back in that direction, so I would welcome the move. He can be pitched to in big spots, his SO rates should scream that out to you.
