Yeah, look how much Spielberg makes, and he aint even on the movie screen! My boss makes 100 times more than I do, and he aint the one going out there bringing in the sales. But he does assume the risk if the business loses money. That's the way the world works. The owners are the ones paying him his salary, and the owners are the ones that make the investments in their teams that either make or cost their organizations (and themselves) money. And if the organization flops, they can just go elswewhere and make more money, and assume no liabilities. Yeah, poor, poor ballplayers. “What a joke. God forbid the comissioner of the entire league is highly paid. What a crime. He gets paid by the owners, and the league has prospered on his watch. He shouldn't make the same as Jason Giambi?
