With the traffic jam of catchers this season and the question marks surrounding injuries with some players, Garfield has had his rough spots, but with that being said he has one of if not the best bat in this years draft for the catchers. The other thing is his defense. I keep seeing things about defense. This is absolutely Garfields finest asset, he consistently throws pop's in the 1.78-1.88 range and has the best footwork/mechanic's in the class. The biggest thing over both the hitting and the defense is the make-up, great player/person. In general, you just want to surround yourself with people like Garfield. I could not agree more!
