dude, I hear you… i’m not big on buying apps at all, but the MLB app is pretty great. if you’re going to be somewhere where you can’t watch on tv or be near a computer, it’ll come in REALLY handy. it gives all sorts of real-time game info, which is really accurate so far, as well as videos, pitch info, fielding info… it’s great. For ten bucks I get to have an app in my pocket that let’s me keep track of every other game really well while i’m sitting in the Stadium all summer? sign me up. probably great for people with long commutes, too.
PS: i forgot… live radio broadcasts of EVERY game. it’s awesome.
pps: both home and away radio broadcasts for each game, you can choose.

My sad reality: 90% of the time that I’m not in front of the computer or a TV, I’m somewhere with my wife. She’d be none too keen on me taking more time away from her to watch live MLB action on my cellphone.
(Wait, my wife is freaking sexy as hell and pretty awesome otherwise as well. That’s not a sad reality, that’s a glad reality. Nevermind.)
yeah I hear you. like I said, if you have reason to be somewhere, with interest in keeping track of games but not opportunity, this app looks to be pretty irreplaceable. otherwise, buy a 6-pack instead.

Don’t do illegal shit in front of your lawyer friends, to avoid any ethical dilemmas.
It’s similar to the discussions earlier this year about using the Slingbox to illegally rebroadcast the games and junk. Best to not even go down that road.

i’d imagine that thing is dynamic, and works off results…might just so happen that most of gardners hits have come off the change up and most of his outs came off the change up…it’ll change when theres more data

Yes. I’m still pulling for Nady but I must admit Swisher is growing on me fast. Nothing to do with today although it didn’t hurt, but I like his energy. He brings a different favor to the team that adds something to the, can say the word, chemistry.
