If you paid attention to CC in the past or what the guys here at RAB have been telling everyone, CC starts off slow and gets better as the year goes on. An April a career does not make.

Then look at his April stats this year and his stats since, one decent, one great and this one 7in 2runs is pretty good.
I’m not going to belabor the point. The fact is, in multiple previous starts, and in this one, he has had problems in the 7th. That isn’t really debatable.

He has been paying attention. So far more often than not this is around where it usually starts to go bad for CC.
