Don’t get excited about latin american prospects until they’ve been in an MLB system for a couple years, maybe even until they earn their way to the states. There’s huge amounts of misinformation out there put out by their handlers and other hangers on, and there’s the lying about their age…and they’re so young that plenty of them never pan out. For every King Felix there’s a dozen guys who barely make it to AA.

That gun is obviously 6 or 7 mph slow. I once saw Bard throw a 103 MPH change up.
