Yeah because Torre goes to the media and just talks without getting asked questions. IF he said ‘no comment’ you guys would call him a coward.

Look at the article i posted from ESPN earlier. Proctor ADMITTED he was HIDING an injury last year.

Actually it was me and my brother’s running joke…lean against the couch, pull your hat down and say “GET UP PROCTOR”. I can’t tell you how many times we thought that Torre was trying to kill him. He used him when the game was tied, up 1, up 9, down 9. I’ve never seen anything like it. Go look at the stats. No one has ever come close to the abuse Torre heaped on Proctor in 2006. 102 innings as a reliever is ridiculous.

Torre’s comments make it even more his fault as he should have used discretion. I can’t believe he’s ripping him now. He’s such a douche and I couldn’t be happier that he’s gone.
