Why did Girardi get ejected? I missed it =/
Gardner was wrongly called out on a pickoff at 1st. Argument ensued.
Girardi H-A-D to get thrown out there. Needed to do something to fire up the troops.

Worst part of that inning was definitely the call at first. However, if Gardner’s still on base (assuming that Cervelli doesn’t HR) when Joba’s spot comes up, they may have Ph’d for him. It’s the best for him to still be in the game.
Yeah. If Gardner doesn’t get picked off, who knows how the inning unfolds. Maybe Frankie doesn’t even hit the HR because he’s getting entirely different pitches.

i saw it on draftexpress.com. im not a rubio fan and still want jennings. and if they were to buy the 28th pick as speculated i wouldnt mind one of the following if available:
8- Evans 28- AJ Price
8- Jennings 28- Danny Green
8- Jennings 28- Wayne Ellington
All three of those 28 picks would be pretty huge reaches. I don’t think Price, Green, or Ellington have much of a shot to ever contribute to an NBA team.
maybe price and ellington but i disagree on green. he can shoot and rebound well, and would be great role player and a champ calber team. which the knicks will have in 2010.

I certainly see that no question. Still a very good haul of talent. Thabeet might make more sense considering you need some talent at the big man position to take off pressure of Al Jefferson especially considering you play in the western conference.
Hopefully Al Jefferson recovers from that knee injury.

If Stephen Curry is indeed off the board as expected, Hill appears to be a very strong target for the New York Knicks, particularly their head coach Mike D’Antoni. The front office seems to be leaning towards Jrue Holiday, but could be swayed towards selecting Hill instead, especially if they feel like they can sign and trade David Lee to Oklahoma City for the rights to Ricky Rubio.
