Very good control of the heater. Features a plus changeup and plus curveball but struggles mightily with control (the reason he's had less than stellar results the past few years despite nasty stuff) He's 6'4' 201 lbs so he stands to gain some weight and maybe add a tick to the fastball as he matures. He and Marshall should spend the whole year at Charleston and move next year to Tampa. Z-Mac is still really young for AA, but i could see him in AAA come late July August. Nova im not sure because he has been less consistent than Z-Mac and at 22 he could afford to stay in AA til next year. I think Phelps is ready to go Tampa and Noesi depending on how he shows the next month would probably need to move soon cause of his age.
