2009 Draft: NoMaas catches up with Damon Oppenheimer

Why not? Brett Gardner runs as fast as any black ballplayer in the majors.
You rarely hear the same comparisons the other way. Never hear the black guy whos a grinder. Who knows the game. The media always compares them to someone they look like.
Due to last year’s circumstances some fans are getting a little bit edgy about Slade Heathcott and JR Murphy.
100% agree, especially after last year when most people seemed to go with the “don’t worry he’ll sign” with Cole.
