Anyway, I’m not even someone complaining about him. I was just arguing that with Jober, along with AJ who has a bad injury history that AP was signed to be more than a 5th starter. That’s where we disagree I guess. Nothing wrong with that.
The offense has worked the count well and should get into scoring runs soon.

The guy has been good in a SSS. On what planet does that mean “we should crush him.”
As of right now, including tonight’s game, he has a 1.47 WHIP and a 21/15 K/BB ratio in 38 IP. He has a career 1.56 WHIP. The Yanks have the best offense in the majors. How should that not be a recipe for success?

This may be a ballsy statement, but I think this is the most enjoyable to watch team of this decade, thus far.

I think it’s also just the feel and atmosphere around the team. They’ve got the homeruns, the speed, the fielding, and they’ve shown a lot of great character on and off the field. With it being the beginning of a new era with the new Yankee Stadium, it’s starting to eerily feel like the makings of one of those blessed Yankee seasons.
You know, I’ll say this: for as frustrating as the series against Boston, Florida and Anaheim have been, this season has had just a ridiculous amount of awesome, fun moments. And, really, when it comes to sports, isn’t that all you can ask for?

Roy Halladay trade will be one of that magnitude, it basically swings the power of who’s favored for the WS
