CC is not a true ace. You can count on him to give up five runs in every big game he pitches. Even Sunday 3 run lead given up quickly. We will see him against the Sox at home. I am betting on 7 innings 4 runs a 4-2 loss.

Buddy, if you couldn't get the satire in that then you're the one who doesn't belong in discussions. It was obviously a jab at those idiots who spout that CC isn't a true ace. It's as ridiculous as the true Yankee garbage.

Well, we got a winner in the worst statement of the day award. If you don't think Halladay is top of the line you shouldnt really be here and involved in discussions. Just ridiculous. The guy wasnt even kidding there. Dont know whether to laugh or cry.

All I know is it would be fun watching Doc work every 5 days in pinstripes.

Just don't like these 4 out saves from Mo. It is why you have a bullpen. You mean to tell me theres not another reliable arm out there besides Hughes? Let Hughes pitch there and finish that inning. He cant get Wells out?

Absolutely I'm serious. Halladay's not an ace and neither is CC. The only true ace in the league is Josh Beckett. If the Yankees had Beckett, they'd be 21-0 in his starts. They'd probably be 100-6 overall because Beckett elevates the play of all others. The only 6 losses coming in games where non true Ace CC choked and gave up a couple runs.
