This is arguably the best year he's had, sans 1999. I think, the way he keeps himself in shape, he can play another 5 years. That puts him close to 3800 hits based on career average. He could cling on with a team like the Pirates or the Padres or the Nats for years pinch hitting and playing all over the IF, and putting some butts in the seats with his name. He wouldn't, though.
