There have been several posts where off topic conversations go on and youtube videos are posted or movie quotes…or other jokes. But those are ok.

Most of that is friendly chit-chit. It is a social site here. Just about every conversation about the rotation in a post about the bullpen gets yelled at for being off-topic though. Discussion of the proper roles of Hughes & Joba is probably the exception, in which case you get a short lease before getting yelled at for beating a dead horse.

I bring up something that actually is related…perhaps not to your standards…and the guidelines get thrown in my face.
