I would say that Man-Ban's charleston season puts him ahead of guys like Heredia/Mitchell, but Banuelos still ranks behind A-Viz in terms of ceiling and McAllister. You can definitely make a case for Banuelos somewhere in the top 10 list, but imo there are 2 pitchers and 3 hitters (montero, jackson, heathcott) who should place before he does.
