I was at the 1962 Gotham Bowl at the age of 13. Discount or free tickets were provided with my ‘G.O.’ card. Great game- Miami (with George Mira) vs. Nebraska. I believe the score was 38-34.

What happens if they line up the field along the first or third base foul line?

That’s what I’ve wondered myself. That’s how the field was aligned in the old YS1 and YS2.

I’ve seen that graphic before. What happens if they line up the field along the first or third base foul line. Is there really no space for 360 feet of a football field? If not, then I wonder if the Yanks are actually planning on moving the home run-friendly fences back a few feet.

I think the NYHS is going to look at historic sports events and not games we collectively have tried to forget ever existed in the first place. Although, a series of the latter might be rather entertaining.
