Remember when the Knicks were a good, fun and exciting team to watch? No? Neither does anyone else in the history of the world.

I’m going against AD this week, I appreciate Childress has Favre throwing TDs of 8, 3, and 7 yards :)

  7. ClayBuchholzLovesLaptops says:

Winning in Philly is great. Losing in Green Bay is acceptable. Getting shut out against the Redskins at home is a disgrace.

  8. JMK aka The Overshare says:

Giants look like they’re well on their way to blowing another game.

  9. pat says:

Ugh the Giants look like complete and utter garbage. Fuck this.

  10. scooter says:

Tynes is off my shit list – at least for this week
    A must-win

Sheridan and the D need serious work

Tynes is off your shit list? Seriously? Because he made that short OT FG?

The dude’s been terrible this year.

I’ve made it known I’m not a huge football fan, but I’ll watch and root for the Giants. I’ve seen most of the games this season and they just do not look like the same team as last year.

I know they won. That’s cool and all, but they didn’t look poised; stupid penalties, blown coverages, soft in the middle. Secondary looks lost almost every game I’ve seen.

Can’t complain too much about the offense, though I’d like a little more consistency week-to-week. That defense is the main problem. Just…wow. They play so well in the first half…and then disappear.

Special teams aren’t very good either (though Hixon did pretty well today).

I wouldn’t be surprised if they missed the playoffs. At least we’re better than the Redskins (sorry Drew, I had to!).

Remind me of the 2007 team, that worked out great.

    • scooter says:

      I hear you

I don’t get the D struggles – Sheridan is running pretty much Spag’s system – so the confusion on coverages is disturbing.

I’m guessing that Osi still isn’t back to his 2007 form – and Canty is still getting back into shape.

      Phillips is a HUGE loss

Losing Pierce hurts – but he got old, fast. Time to draft LBs.

    • Rocky Road Redemption (formerly RAB poster) says:

I disagree, they looked pissed all game. But this was not a good win because the defense blew it again late and allowed 31 points, and the running game was shitty, and Jacobs and Tuck got hurt. So basically we’ve answered no questions and lost some of our players.

Now if they win on Thursday, THAT would be big.

      • Rocky Road Redemption (formerly RAB poster) says:

You know what? Fuck it. Confidence level=11. Out of 10.

        We’re making the fucking playoffs.

  12. Riddering says:

I can’t believe the Lions just did that. Amazing.

  13. JMK aka The Overshare says:

The Lions/Browns game is like football’s best case scenario of a Nets/Knicks game.

  14. Salty Buggah says:

Fuckin Chris Simms! Broncos were rolling. Simms attempts first throw and fumbles and now Sd drove Dow the field and scored a TD. Frustrating game. What a horrible start

  15. Salty Buggah says:

Ugh Simms is horrible. This game is ugly so far

  16. ClayBuchholzLovesLaptops says:

LOL at Bengals and Raiders: 3 fumbles in 3 plays.
