  Curse of MT (from John Henry) and curse of ARod (from Larry Luchino) smashed. All because the Yanks spent $50,000 to dig up the Big Papi jersey buried during construction of the new stadium.

    The curse of the GOP lives though. Yanks haven’t won with a Republican president since Eisenhower.

    And my Baltimore friends insist it was the Mussina curse as well(revenge for jeffrey Maier)
