I like him.  I think all four of our youngsters (Douglas, Hill, Chandler, Gallinari) are progressing nicely.  None of them are true stars, but Chandler and Hill are good enough to start (on a Lebron-centric team, of course) and Douglas and Gallinari are good enough to be quality 6th/7th men.</description>
