We like to believe that everything is in our control, because it’s easier for us to take credit for or blame something on an outside fact that WE can control, rather than how our team plays their game. I don’t think the WS MVP should be on the losing team, period. Regardless of Bonds or whomever. It’s a lame consolation prize that I doubt any player on the losing team would accept or even acknowledge.
