CC you don’t need to hit the Phillies, hit the ump. Maybe he’ll get some sense knocked into him.

JMK aka The Overshare says:

Jim says:

Yikes. Cano needs any kind of hit in the biggest way.

D says:

I think Buck meant to say that the ump struck out 5.

southernyankeefan says:

I hold this umpire in same very low esteem as child molesters.

Pasqua says:

Really? Aren’t you from the South?

Hardy-har-har.

e mills says:

almost clicked on the 2 for 1 burial space ad on the main page for these damn umps and their strike zones

Justin says:

Well, won’t have my laptop in my next class, so I just have to hope things go well over the next 50 minutes.

Joe D. says:

Re: McCarver calling out three Yankees for complaining about the zone

Agreed on this point…he made it sound precisely as though only the Yanks have been bitching when it’s clearly been both sides.

Although I wish the Yanks would shut up about it. No sense in jawing with the ump, it can only hurt.

NYTraveller says:

V says:

Um, NOT arguing isn’t going to help either.

This piece of shit umpire is calling a strike zone six inches wider for Blanton than for CC. That’s worth some bitching.

charlespoet says:

Certainly good no one’s life depends on Cano swinging the bat and hitting the ball. Everyone would be dead right now.

This is what is frustrating about this team. They get a pitcher on the ropes and then two innings of weak hacks helping him get back into a rhythm. It is Joe Blanton, not Josh Beckett – stop swinging at shit pitches.

Well if Cano didn’t swing at those horrible pitches they would still be called strikes.

Brazilian Yankee says:

If they don’t swing, the umps calls strikes. From batters box to batters box, from the head all the way down to the toes.

Or if they try to pick off a runner. That’s a strike too.

charlespoet says:

Now that is funny.

cjc says:

time ot stop working the count against Blanton with this zone everyone is down 0-2

Stadium Garlic Fries says:

no wonder Cano gets the rep he gets…that looked like AB he just had no interest in..

Evil Empire says:

We got the lead and we got CC on the mound, that’s all that matters. CC better start getting those same fucking calls though.

SJ says:

ansky says:

Corretion Joe, the ump has retired 11 straight.

slappy white says:

hopefully CC is in the groove now

Matty Ice says:

Dear Mr. Blanton-

We know you suck. In order to make this somewhat fair, we’ll try and give you any pitch you want. Just don’t bounce it, OK?

XOXOXO,
The Umpires.

Joker, The says:

This umpire is absolutely being paid off by the Phillies, or MLB, or someone. There is seriously no other explanation for this, nobody could have a strike zone that bad and not be doing it purposely. I hate sounding like a conspiracy theorist, but something is very wrong here.

Salty Buggah says:

Eh, umps just suck

Accent Shallow says:

I just assume he’s a showman who’s shitty at his job.

southernyankeefan says:

Salty Buggah says:

What’s that shit on Blanton’s hat? It’s a brand new hat so its not dirty.

BTW, I’m not accusing anyone of anything.

SJ says:

Same substance that was on his hat last year, and with Oakland.

Google “Joe Blanton Pine Tar” to see other evidence.

Pasqua says:

So it hasn’t done him any good, ever, is what you’re saying?

JackC says:

I’ve been saying that for a while

Riddering says:

This strike zone has me rolling around on the floor in agony.

TJ says:

I’m not usually one for conspiracies but what is that stain on Blanton’s hat?

gxpanos says:

UGH.

Rosin.

This is RAB, not Haloes Heaven.

JMK aka The Overshare says:

I want to make this clear: yes, the zone has been terrible. Not even fair.

That said,

WE’RE WINNING. AND THERE’S NO EXCUSE TO HAVE 11 STRAIGHT RETIRED BY BLANTON, small zone or not.

Okay?

Pasqua says:
Mike Pop says:

Settle down JMK we don’t want no trouble.

slappy white says:

HolyGhostClaw says:

Buck is basically saying “I wish Ryan would hit a HR for me!”.

Pasqua says:

Memories of Paul Byrd, ‘07. Predict a man will suck, and he will most assuredly not suck. Why? I have no fucking idea.

baka nakamura says:

cjc says:

wow I think uck just came a little

Crud. That’s a bad start to this inning.

Esteban says:

OMG Joe Buck is so excited Ryan Howard got a hit

JGS says:

in fairness to Buck, Howard getting a hit off a lefty is pretty big news

ShuutoHeat says:

He wet his pants I bet.

Mike Pop says:

Oh no ryan Howard is breaking out!

Pasqua says:

Stat-padding.

/A-Rod’d

Salty Buggah says:

Cmon CC. Get a DP!

Hey Philly, Yankees ain't the Rays says:

This is beyond a childhood dream… it’s an umpiring nightmare!!!

Salty Buggah says:

baka nakamura says:

Klemy says:

How in the world do you let Howard steal standing up? My lord.

Accent Shallow says:

Say one thing about the Phillies: they’re a patient team, and they don’t swing at balls out of the zone so far. (Sliders to lefties excepted).

Ok, Howard stealing? What the fuck, guys.

swisher's fauxhawk says:

Stolen base for Ryan fucking Howard?

Mike Pop says:
JSquared says:

JMK aka The Overshare says:

You let Ryan Howard steal a base off you? Holy God.

bobtaco says:

ballsy. bad transfer by jorge.

cjc says:

Pasqua says:

He stole that base because he’s on a diet!

Tim McCarver is a millionaire, ladies and gentlemen.

Evil Empire says:

Yeesh. CC bout to take care of this his own damn self.

V says:

Yes, Molina is catching tomorrow. Thank god.

Has this actually been confirmed? I’m haven’t been following but I don’t like 3 black holes against Cliff Lee. And they aren’t play tomorrow are they?

Joker, The says:

I can’t watch anymore.

Riddering says:

Dela G says:

howard stole a base?????

Pasqua says:

No. He took a base that was rightly his.

/Fox’d

Klemy says:

CC’s control is a little off tonight, it seems. The umpire has the same control over the strike zone.

Jose says:

Ryan Howard is a five tool player.

JMK aka The Overshare says:

Accent Shallow says:

That’s on CC, as well.

JMK aka The Overshare says:

Strike one was not a strike.

Brazilian Yankee says:

I think we deserve a call, right?

JMK aka The Overshare says:

That’s not the point. I want a fair game. I don’t want calls we shouldn’t get because the Phillies have had an unfair advantage. Things shouldn’t work that way.

southernyankeefan says:

There we go CC getting a call.

Brazilian Yankee says:

I’m sorry but that’s a fucking joke. You can’t let Howard steal a base on you.

Anyways, keep on doing your thing CC.

Evil Empire says:

Hey! We got a call too!

JSquared says:

so we have a couple and the phillies have one every at bat? nice.

E-ROC says:

LOL @ this umpire. he needs PEDs.

Jay says:

Calm down people. CC’s got this.

Henry Triana says:

Damn, these guys are better than that bias ass Kruk.

JSquared says:

Everyone is better than Kruk.

baka nakamura says:

game has a funny vibe.

Esteban says:

CC will make Pedro Feliz Pedro Triste

/maybe funny if you know spanish

Mike Pop says:

southernyankeefan says:

Posada catch the ball

PsiFighter37 says:

baka nakamura says:

JackC says:

“Jorge Posada” is NOT a Spanish phrase meaning “Johnny Bench”

Accent Shallow says:

Klemy says:

Jorge wtf and why doesn’t Johnny hit the cutoff there?

bobtaco says:

Posada blew that.

claybeez says:

cjc says:

fucking Jorge hold on to it man

Jobamania says:

ugh, if damon had ANYTHING for an arm he would have been out by a mile

E-ROC says:

Damon’s arm is horrible.

swisher's fauxhawk says:

He never touched home.

JMK aka The Overshare says:

He never touched the plate.

BigBlueAL says:

Johnny Damon on D has cost the Yankees both runs defensively. Yankees offense better fuckin wake up now.

Pasqua says:

Without even looking at a replay, I’m sure Howard DIDN’T touch home, because the ump called him safe.

Klemy says:

This game, that could be a valid way to judge things.

Mike Pop says:

Mudafucka never touched home plate. lol.

Brazilian Yankee says:

Now that’s fucking ridiculous. My 3 year old cousing could have thrown Howard out at the plate.

Mike Pop says:

baka nakamura says:

true. never touched.

ShuutoHeat says:

he didn’t even touch homeplate man….wtf… he was just thinking of charging into Posada…

dalelama says:

Where are the Posada defenders now…he costs us this run

Henry Triana says:

wow he didnt touch home.

Dave G says:

We’ll get to Blanton

Mike Pop says:
Evil Empire says:

Not worried whatsoever. Ain’t no jibba jabba umpiring gonna get between us and our destiny.

JSquared says:

This is officially a joke?

AJ says:

You’ve got to be kidding me! How could you not re-tag just to make sure? Terrible play there by Posada.

Wow, he never touched home.

Jay says:

Thanks ump! ANOTHER FUCKING BLOWN CALL!

Will says:

good god everett is horendous

PsiFighter37 says:

Posada has to hold on to the fucking ball there.

Klemy says:

True, regardless of the fact that he never touched the plate, he’s out no matter what if Jorge holds on to the ball.

southernyankeefan says:

Posada has to make that play.

Doug says:

My roommate’s girlfriend, who’s from Peru: “Pedro Feliz? That last name sucks. He’s Pedro Happy!”

JMK aka The Overshare says:

Umpires tie the game at 2.

Yanks 4 Life says:

Eh, you can’t let Howard steal standing up on you.

EDUB says:

wow never touched home

TJ says:

WTF stupid home plate ump

Salty Buggah says:

Damnit Jorge, you should have had that!!!!

Bob C says:

terrible defense by jorge… damn

Evil Empire says:

Hey! We got a horrible controversial ump call against us too!

Joker, The says:

I kinda hate Posada right now.

HolyGhostClaw says:

Howard touching the plate should be a non-issue.

Damon’s weak throw did get home before Posada and it should have been an out at the plate.

Nice catch Pussada!

Brazilian Yankee says:

CC should have tagged Howard.

V says:

God I hate bad defense.

Damon’s arm and Posada’s total ineptitude, ugh.

Eric says:

Plus some bad umpiring

charlespoet says:

Do you resign Damon?

And is it time for Posada to be the second catcher and DH?

ansky says:

how come Posada cant catch all of the sudden?

Mike Pop says:

Well, stepping on home would do no good right? You would have to re-tag Howard?

AJ says:

Well I guess it’s time for the Yankees offense to stop bitching about the strike zone and start hitting Blanton hard again.

Jobamania says:

posada is really fucking atrocious. im sorry but his play behind the plate is just AWFUL. He gets crossed up a zillion times, he lets balls pass up million times, he can’t block a plate for SHIT. Considering the super tight strikezone for CC and his shit for brains catcher, CC has done a superb job sofar.

JGS says:

seriously, how did they ever win all those rings with him behind the plate?

Jobamania says:

he’s much older now, his defensive abilities as a catcher have fallen off a cliff. if you can’t see that then rofl

JGS says:

his highs for passed balls were 2001 and 1999

EDUB says:

This is a little more over the top than I was thinking but Posada has looked pretty clueless behind the plate this series. Just let Ryan Howard steal second then should have held onto the ball there just got scared about a big guy coming hard towards him.

Also does seem to get crossed up a lot and for the life of me I can’t understand why he stands up to catch slightly higher pitches. Maybe his knees finally getting to him

So this is what is meant by umpires the only remaining human element.

Well the umpires tied the game at two.

Brazilian Yankee says:

To be fair, on the replay it looked like the ump would have called Howard out had CC tagged him. He only made a call after CC threw to second. I don’t know what’s the rule there, but it sure looked like the ump was waiting for CC to tag Howard so he could call him out. Bad play by CC.

Joe D. says:

If the ump saw that Howard missed home, then Howard is out as soon as he goes out of the baseline walk to the dugout.

I don’t think the ump saw the miss.

JoeFromBayRidge says:

Forget home plate. Posada needs to catch the ball.

gxpanos says:

C’mon. Let’s not get on the ump about that one. Without replay, that’s an impossible call; Howard slid OVER the base. Let’s blame Jorge for not holding on and Johnny for botching it by not hanging back and using his momentum to get some more on the throw.

Jorge would’ve had him regardless of that throw. He botched it.

DreDog says:

I hate to say it, but Jorgie owes CC one with a non throw to second and then not holding on to that one.

Klemy says:

I can’t blame Damon when the throw was on time. sure it could’ve given him more time to prep at the plate, but the ball was there and Posada has to catch that.

gxpanos says:

Sure, it would have been nice if he’d caught it, but the closer the catch and the collision, the more likely it is the ball pops out. I still put blame on both guys. Johnny has to know that on a hard hit ball with Howard running, he shouldnt risk trying to make the catch; he should have put himself in the best position to keep Howard at third or nail him at home. He didnt do that.

Brian says:

I hope this is the last game Mike Everitt ever umps.

Accent Shallow says:

Time to put something together off Cy Blanton.

Riddering says:

Let’s recreate that Philly fifth inning luck!

southernyankeefan says:

This is frustrating but the yankees are goint to get to blanton it is inevitable.

cjc says:

well that inning goes to Jorge

Jim says:

OK, maybe a bad call but it’s not like we ever tagged him. If Damon had a 13 year old girl’s arm they wouldn’t have even sent him. What a miserable arm.

Accent Shallow says:

Even with that awful arm, the ball was there in time.

Dela G says:

alright, let’s please get to blanton?

Mike Pop says:

JSquared says:

I’m not sure, but if he didn’t touch home… why did the umpire call him safe? did he know or not?

ansky says:

Ok this is fucking ridiculous now. Lets just come out hacking this inning, drop a 4 spot on Blanton and be done with this shit.

dalelama says:

Dont blame the ump…Posada let the guy steal second and dropped the throw…he really sucks!!!! when will Yankee fans other than myself realize he is a huge liability….

Accent Shallow says:

We live with his defense because he hits.

Brazilian Yankee says:

He did drive one run tonight.

Doug says:

Yeah, his 130 OPS+ this season is black hole in our lineup.

yeah says:

Posada can’t even frame a pitch

Pasqua says:

IMO, the ump is only culprit #3 in that play. Damon and Posada need to be shitty enough to make the missed call possible.

DGeezy says:

this game is tied but this is one fucking frustrating game thus far thanks to this piece of shit umpire

Oh damn the trolls are coming…

swisher's fauxhawk says:

Can’t wait to hear how riled up John Kruk will be over that call. (rolls eyes)

dalelama says:

We have stop whining and start swinging…

ShuutoHeat says:

Prediction: They’re not going to do anything to make these UMPS accountable ANYTIME soon.

Salty Buggah says:

Haha, people hating on Jorge already. Yes, he did bad there but still.

JJhammer31 says:

that ump has some explaining to do. if he thought he touched the base, what was he waiting for? the ump literally was like, oh he threw to second, i guess he will eventually touch home plate so i’ll just call him safe.

ump knew he didn’t touch and called him safe anyway. that’s why people hate umps. they just make shit up as they go along.

cjc says:

not his job to tell Jorge the guy missed the plate

JJhammer31 says:

I know, but he initially didn’t make a call because howard didn’t touch home. then when cc threw to second he was like, fuck it he’s safe. howard never touched home and the ump knew that but called him safe anyway.

claybeez says:

Posada is sucking, but the hyperbole. Umm, we missed the playoffs last year. A lot of that had to do with Posada being out for the season. This team needs his bat in order to succeed.

Part of it has to do with Jorge. Starting pitching sucked, Matusi was gone, and Cano having an off year contributed too.

ShuutoHeat says:

That’s not a strike from Blanton?

PsiFighter37 says:

Okay, can we now get some hits off this dude? There’s a reason he has a 8.18 ERA against the Yankees…

cjc says:

yeah Joe Blanton’s sure been terrific wtf ever Buck wtf ever

ansky says:

strike!…wait…no?

Jay says:

Oh so Sabathia doesn’t look “comfortable” but Blanton has been “terrific.” I hate Buck and McCarver.

charlespoet says:

Agree…. CC sucks ass tonight, but would be gutting out a terrific performance if he was a Philly.

Souter Fell says:

i wanna see CC get a ribbie this inning

Evil Empire says:

Yankees are looking like the better team this game. I’m still not concerned. Especially with that lead off walk.

baka nakamura says:

lets not waste this walk.

Klemy says:

Okay, now Swisher needs to steal 2nd standing up without a throw. Oh wait, that wouldn’t happen to Ruiz.

Mike Pop says:

Are you insinuating that Ruiz >>> Posada?

Mo, I hope not.

Hugh Jassman says:

A walk? What happened to the 34″ strike zone?

Will says:

andy pettite is on the yankees mccarver you toolbag

Big AB for Melky here.

Mike Pop says:

Melky’s got this.

Henry Triana says:

Kruk is going to say that Howard’s shoe lace touched home. Just like that ball was not a home run last night.

Klemy says:

Seriously, Blanton is not throwing amazing stuff out there. They have to get to him, don’t they?

Accent Shallow says:

Depends on the zone.

E-ROC says:

Did McCarver just say that Swisher hit a double off of Andy Pettitte? That’s just plain awful.

Accent Shallow says:

In fairness, Andy did not have his best stuff last night.

JSquared says:

HolyGhostClaw says:

I wonder if the Hillbilly Charlie is going to hide from the mid-inning interview again, and send one of his coaches in his stead.

“I don’t speak good English ya see. Reckon you can talk to them TV folk?”

Riddering says:

Utley is my favorite Philly tonight.

bobtaco says:

PsiFighter37 says:

Hahaha, suck on that Utley for trying to be too fancy. Asshole.

baka nakamura says:

Wait the umps didn’t call that a double play?
Cool.

Evil Empire says:

What the fuck was that?

No bunt CC, three run bomb.

Evil Empire says:

Joe D. says:

CC’s career OPS+ very close to those of Pedro Feliz’ and Carlos Ruiz…

swisher's fauxhawk says:

Haha Utley. What an asshole.

Souter Fell says:

Salty Buggah says:

Cmon CC. I know you have a RBI in you.

No DP!

Brazilian Yankee says:

good play Utley, please lay down a good bunt CC

the artist formerly known as (sic) says:

utleys grease finally came back to bite him in the ass.

Accent Shallow says:

Utley’s helping them out this game, that’s two infield hits that could have been outs.

ShuutoHeat says:

LOL, fucking ass clowns.

bobtaco says:

cjc says:

I’d love to see him kill one here but he has to bunt

e mills says:

that’s a dumb play and no mention of it from these commentators…ughhhhh lol i’m frustrated

PsiFighter37 says:

Argh, I would have CC swing away at this point. Is Sabathia any good at this?

Girardi out to the mound says:

The guy behind the plate is a disgrace. First ZZ gets squeezed that leads to a run in the first inning and then the strike zone become enormous for Blanton

I know a lot of people are saying the Yankees have to take the bat off their shoulders and adjust, but it is nearly impossible to do that right now. The ump is giving strikes for Blanton that are high, low, inside and outside. You can not expand the strike zone in every direction

Pasqua says:

Man, if Utley takes his time I think the gets the force. Bad play

Souter Fell says:

come on cc, help your own cause

ansky says:

aw come on…gotta let CC hit here.

Jay says:

That actually was a good play by Utley. If it gets through, Swisher could have been on third.

That pick off for Swish wasn’t an out?
I thought anything related to Swisher on the base paths in an umpire automatic out.

Salty Buggah says:

FUCKIN UMPIRE!!!!!

Klemy says:

Wow…what a strike call.

baka nakamura says:

Brazilian Yankee says:

CC has to do a better job there…fucking awful.

JSquared says:

No Double Play, it’s okay.

Evil Empire says:

My thoughts exactly, CC.

EDUB says:

swisher's fauxhawk says:

I’m not even going to comment on that.

ansky says:

i would’ve let him swing away. ftw!

Riddering says:

Jeter’s going to try the same thing here.

JMK aka The Overshare says:

I no longer find humor in this joke. :(

Jobamania says:

why are you making CC bunt with 2 strikes?
god joe is so dumb sometimes

bobtaco says:

Why not hit away with two strikes? Think you are Jeter, CC?

JMK aka The Overshare says:

Are we still bunting with 2 strikes?

Doug says:

CC’s too big to bunt. He can’t get down low enough.

PsiFighter37 says:

Fuck this, the Yankees need to STOP BUNTING with 2 strikes. Please go over Baseball 101 again.

charlespoet says:

Cmon Jeter… break this fucker open

Salty Buggah says:

See that. CC can hit! No one taught him to bunt because of that.

Mike Pop says:

Why not let the big man swing?

This is in the bag already.

JackC says:

Sorry — there’s no excuse for a pitcher looking clueless bunting

cjc says:

I was wrong that was just terrible maybe he should have been swinging

Bob Stone says:

The offense better get going or there are going to be a lot of very angry Yankee fans tomorrow blaming a lot of different people for stupid play.

Brazilian Yankee says:

Salty Buggah says:

JETER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Klemy says:

southernyankeefan says:

There ya go captain.

swisher's fauxhawk says:

PsiFighter37 says:

NICE. Let’s pour it on baby.

JMK aka The Overshare says:

Alright, let’s get this started!

Will says:

CAPTAIN CLUTCH STRIKES AGAIN

AJ says:

Cap’n Clutch, way to go!

baka nakamura says:

jeter is mojo incarnate.

Riddering says:

OH CAPTAIN MY CAPTAIN.

Souter Fell says:

let’s pile it on here

ShuutoHeat says:

Hey phuckers, we’re back up again. So which SS has bad defense?

Hall and Nokes says:

Tampa Yankee says:

charlespoet says:

Nice!!!!!!!!

El Capitan……

ARod and Jeter have carried this team offensively.

Jay says:

Having CC bunt was a good call. He hits a grounder and it is a sure double play.

Evil Empire says:

That’s how Jeter do. We knew that was coming versus this asshole Blanton.

claybeez says:

Off the bat, I thought dp. Phew!

I’m surprised Swisher wasn’t out again. I can’t believe these umpires are actually getting easy calls this time around.

Doug says:

Intangible of intangibles!

Dela G says:

JSquared says:

FINALLY! WE GET ONE TO SQUEAK THROUGH!!

Mike Pop says:

Jobamania says:

rollins? moar like rawlings amirite

Yanks are so old-fashioned, touching home plate. So quaint.

Evil Empire says:

We don’t pay them all that money to touch home plate!

e mills says:

But they have to, it’s a rule. The Yankees have to touch the home plate to score but other teams can be on the 3rd base line to score.

Count Crapulent says boo to you sir says:

We play old-fashioned non-towel baseball.

Joe D. says:

Derek Jeter chant in Corporate Bullshit Park!

Dave G says:

When they score one, we score two (and hopefully more)

Klemy says:

I want to see them blow this open so badly here.

ShuutoHeat says:

Fucking crowd is stupid, “Derek Jeter sucks” after he gets a man home for the RBI? Retards.

Klemy says:

Maybe they expect what Rollins is giving them currently?

JSquared says:

McCarver has a million excuses for the phillies.

Mike Pop says:

Joe D. says:

…and the trolls leave in a record 2 mins 33 seconds. Stick around, boys, we’re just getting started.

Jay says:

Remember guys. Joe Buck says Blanton has been TERRIFIC!

Mike Pop says:

6 strikeouts! Count em, six strikeouts!

JMK aka The Overshare says:

I can only count to five. This may be why I don’t make much money at my job.

Brazilian Yankee says:

I guess he’s not comfortable anymore.

Jobamania says:

Brazilian Yankee says:

Mike Pop says:

Good job Leche.

Touch that plate.

JMK aka The Overshare says:

He touched the plate!

swisher's fauxhawk says:

Look at Melky actually touch the plate!

Who does that?

Salty Buggah says:

Johnny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bloops FTW

Jay says:

TERRIFIC! TERRIFIC!

Klemy says:

YES. Come on Tex…get your swing on.

baka nakamura says:

yes! melky touches plate too!

southernyankeefan says:

Melky also knows how to touch the plate.

Pasqua says:

Yay. But why was Melky jogging?

Pasqua says:

Nevermind. My eyes deceived me.

TJ says:

Hahaha Melky went back and touched the plate

Tampa Yankee says:

Evil Empire says:

That’s why we tolerate the noodle arm, guys. Remember? Damon is good at hitting.

Riddering says:

Keep the train rolling.

charlespoet says:

Ladies and Gentlemen… this inning is the baseball Gods putting things back into balance.

That’s why we love Mo.

Doug says:

RISP, you magnificent bastards, RISP!

Another right call? Regardless it being clear as day I’m still shocked.

The Only Yankee Fan in Nebraska says:

Oh….so you have to touch home for it to count??

charlespoet says:

If ever a double or HR from Tex was needed… NOW is the time.

I’d take the walk so bases loaded for A-Rod. They’ll hit him for another run.

Mike Pop says:

Well we don’t need it. This shit is in the bag.

Brazilian Yankee says:

I don’t think we have a 3-run HR in the playoffs. Now would be a great time to get the first one.

MikeD says:

It would be, but not happening this AB.

Jeff Nelson says:

Doe Joe Blanton have tine par on the tip of his cap?

Doug says:

Looking at his physique, it’s probably bacon grease.

DFD says:

ATTABOY Melky! GO back and stomp on home plate!

PsiFighter37 says:
