Hold on... I might just be retarded, but do we really know that Rousseau was "infected" or whatever? Did I miss something? I get that Claire is like the new Rousseau and the Others think Claire is infected, but that doesn't mean Rousseau was infected.

It was the second half of last week's 2-hour premier, with the explanations on the bottom of the screen. Seems like they're going to do that all season (re-play the last week's episode with the little explanation thingies).

Ha, we were freaking out when Mac showed up again. It's been so long since he was on the show, it's so cool that they brought him back.

I kinda love that they made Aldo act just like Mac from Sunny, too.

their rotation is a wee bit scary, and will be scarier in the next few years. Their lineup is not bad, but it's far from scary. At this point, Longo's their only really complete offensive player.

Fantasy baseball -- 5x5 roto league: what would you use?

I don't want the regular stats this year. I'm most likely subbing quality starts for wins and OPS for AVG.

well his numbers were probably a tad inflated due to the league switch. Still, I wouldn't be surprised at all if he turns out to be the Yanks' 2nd best pitcher next year. I don't expect him to be much better than Burnett, if at all, but he'll definitely be better than Andy at this point, and there's no guarantee that Joba will pitch better than Javy does in 2010.

Position by position offensive breakdown:

C: Posada >>>> Navarro
1B: Teixeira >> Pena
2B: Cano > Zobrist (longer track record)
SS: Jeter >>> Zobrist
3B: A-Rod > Longoria
LF: Crawford >>> Yanks' combo
CF: Granderson > Upton (upton's got crazy potential, but has yet to really put it all together)
RF: Swisher > Jennings (offensively, quite possibly not for long)
DH: Johnson >> Burrell
