From what i have seen Aceves and Mitre have been pitching really good and Joba and Hughes have been stinkin' it up. There are two parties involved, pitcher and hitter. Even if the pitcher does everything right, and the ball does exactly what he wants it to, and the pitch, in general terms, can be deemed a good one, the batter can still square it up and hit it a mile.
