When do we see the extended spring guys in action?

  2. YanksFanInBeantown says:

    For Kahnle I thinks it’s “35 K but 22 BB” not “35 K but 22 K”.

Also what’s ManBan’s deal this year? Is he still having blister issues?

  3. Rod says:

I overheard Montero tell one of his coaches that his back hurt. Not sure if it’s a nagging thing or a one time thing. His double was a rope into LF and then he ripped a ground ball up the middle that turned into a force out.

  7. batman says:

JoVa really deserves a call up. I know theres no where for him to play but the dude is straight mashing, how is B Cash not even the littlest bit curious? i sure as hell am. also, on a side note-cant wait for pat venditte to prove everyone wrong when he eventually gets called up at age 32. boom roasted (michael scott reference)

    • Thomas Cassidy says:

There is a place to play. It’s called DH. Except the moronic run Yankees won’t do that.

    • AC says:

Exactly. We may have in house options. He isn’t on 40 man roster that’s the issue i keep hearing. I say put him on 40 man and give him some at bats at DH or spell arod at 3b. He can’t be worse than Nunez def wise.

      • Steve in PDX says:

Actually he could be. Especially since he can’t play 2b or SS. That being said, I’m sure all the people who are paid to scout players for a living are just ignoring him. Or, maybe it is because they know he won’t hit in the majors. Even Girardi, whose job it is to support his[player said “If he hits a home run every day, I’m sure he’ll get the Grapefruit (League) MVP.”

  8. S says:

what the hell is with the walks Manny?
