Taking on the Sweater
ByFormer WFAN radio personality and current My9 sports host Russ Salzberg, who is a client of my dad’s and a good family friend, has a new weekly web show. Every Wednesday from from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m., Salzberg is taking calls and discussing sports right here on the Fox 5 website. Give him a listen and a call and tell him RAB sent you. Loved the “Sweater and the Schmoozer” back in the day.
Russ is the only thing that I like about games on My9, I will definitely be checking this out, thanks Ben.
Nice name drop. Slightly unnecessary.
It’s not a name drop. He’s simply letting you know he’s promoting it because of the family connection; otherwise, it might come across as a bit of a UFO.
The name drop means that it’s crap and he’s telling us to listen as a favor.
Or that it’s a webshow that’s barely a month old and trying to find an audience. Why so nasty or cynical? It’s unbecoming.
