Let’s say player A wins the MVP but is later found to have used PED during that season and Player B who came in second had a clause in his contract that he would get $500,000 if he won MVP. Do you know if player B could sue to get that bonus?
Anybody can sue anyone at any time. I doubt the player would win though-unless there was a clause regarding that situation in his contract.
