The RAB Radio Show: July 6th, 2012

It’s been a little bit of up and down since we last broadcast, but the Yankees managed to play even baseball (2-1 vs. the White Sox and 1-2 vs. the Rays since last Friday). We run down that and a bit more.
Of course, much of the conversation is about the upcoming Red Sox series. No matter how much we say the rivalry has dulled, a Yanks Sox series still strikes up more conversation than other series.
Since the Yankees are at exactly the halfway point, we also talk about surprises and disappointments from the first half. Honestly, I think the balance (more disappointments than surprises) bodes well for the second half.

No love for the called shot game for Yankee moment you’d want to see?
