- LF Neil Medchill: 2-3, 2 R, 1 2B, 2 RBI — four extra-base hits in the three games
- 3B Rob Segedin: 3-5, 1 R, 1 2B, 3 RBI — kind of a forgotten prospect
- LHP Francisco Rondon: 5 IP, 4 H, 3 R, 3 ER, 1 BB, 6 K, 3/5 GB/FB — 50 of 74 pitches were strikes (68%) … all three runs came on solo homers (all righty batters)
- RHP Dan Burawa: 1.2 IP, 1 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 2 BB, 2 K, 1 WP, 2/1 GB/FB — 19 of 36 pitches were strikes (53%)
- RHP Tommy Kahnle: 1 IP, 2 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 1 BB, 0 K, 1/2 GB/FB — 15 of 28 pitches were strikes (54%)
- RHP Branden Pinder: 1.1 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 1 BB, 1 K, 1/0 GB/FB — 12 of 24 pitches were strikes

- RHP Mikey O’Brien: 4.2 IP, 5 H, 3 R, 3 ER, 0 BB, 4 K, 1 HB, 4/5 GB/FB — 4.20 ERA in 20 games (19 starts) for the Thunder last year, but he has to open the year back here due to the numbers crunch … rough, but he’ll get bumped up soon enough
Low-A Charleston (5-0 win over Greenville)
- SS Cito Culver: 0-5, 2 K
- 2B Rob Refsnyder: 3-4, 1 R
- 1B Greg Bird: 3-4, 1 R, 1 HR, 3 RBI
- 3B Dante Bichette Jr.: 1-4, 1 R, 1 HR, 2 RBI, 1 K — didn’t hit the first of his three homers until May 31st last year
- DH Kelvin DeLeon: 1-4, 1 R, 1 HR, 1 RBI
- CF Taylor Dugas: 2-4
- RHP Gabe Encinas: 6 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 3 BB, 4 K, 11/0 GB/FB — 52 of 76 pitches were strikes (68%) … very strong out for the potential breakout prospect
