Tuesday Night Open Thread

The Yankees and swinging away in 3-0 counts
MLBTR's arbitration projections and a potential Didi Gregorius extension

Chances are you’ve seen it already, but if not, Joe Girardi spoke to Ken Rosenthal for his first interview since being let go by the Yankees. The interview will be free for another few hours before moving behind the paywall, so read it quick. There’s nothing juicy or controversial, so don’t get too excited. Girardi thanked everyone for his time with the Yankees, said he wants to manage again, and confirmed he was hoping to come back. He wasn’t going to step away as rumored. Make sure you give the interview a read.

Here’s the open thread for the night. The Dodgers and Astros resume the World Series with Game Six tonight (8:20pm ET on FOX). If the Astros win, they’re the champs. If the Dodgers win, they’ll play Game Seven tomorrow. I’m rooting for Game Seven. The (hockey) Rangers and Nets are in action as well. Talk about those games, the Girardi interview, or anything else here as long as it’s not religion or politics.
