If one or more of the players comes forward and tells Bud he was tipped off by Alex, and its supported by video evidence in some way, then what? What do you think will happen and what do you think Bud should do?
If they’re true they HAVE to suspend A-Rod. It gets directly at the integrity of the game.

I think Bud will give him a huge ban, and should. Maybe even a indefinite or lifetime ban. The Union will go nuts, and bring it to an arbitrator. But I think Bud would prevail. If he can ban Pete Rose for life for betting on games to win, he can ban Alex for making a mockery of the sport for his own (ultimate) statistical gain. I cant see him being allowed back on the field in the big leagues if that is ever proven to a reasonable degree of certainty.
Quite frankly, considering the groundswell of refutation coming from Texas, from players to coaches, and the fact that Shane Spencer, who said he heard rumors about something of that sort, is one of her “sources,” I think she is full of it.
