Here’s some video of RHP Matt Sauer’s recent outing for Short Season Staten Island and here’s some pre-draft video from last year. Sure looks to me like he’s cleaned things up a bit. Tempo is much better for sure. Hopefully it helps him throw more strikes going forward. He threw plenty the other day.

The Rookie Pulaski Yankees begin their season Tuesday. The roster hasn’t been announced yet, but RHP Luis Medina is reportedly in line to start Opening Day.
The two Rookie GCL Yankees teams begin their seasons tomorrow.
