There was an episode where as the show was coming to a close, Peter was talking shit about FOX and Lois was like be careful. Peter then said what Fox gonna do cut our budget and then all of a sudden Peter started to walk just like the people in south park.

Yeah, trades in The Show are terrible. Real easy to trade some made up minor leaguer for an ace.
I find that most of the moves I make in NHL are to finagle the salary cap. $56M for 23 players is tough when you have five players making a combined $33M.
The computer makes some horrific trades between itself, but when you try to offer them deals, it’s a bit better.
No. However, if a team is in dire need of a certain position, you can fleece them a bit. For example, if you have an average or better Third Basemen to trade, you can snag Clayton Kershaw from the Dodgers. I got him for Eric Chavez.
In The Show 06, the Sox traded for Carlos Zambrano, Pujols and Mauer, and the only player of consequence they lost was Varitek. I lost the AL East that year.
Yeah, those computer-to-computer trades are fucking awful. However, they never get that bad between the human and computer.

His stuff as a starter was just not as good as it was as a reliever. It was probably average at best. In 2006 his average Fastball was 90.7-MPH; in 2008 his average Fastball was 92.9-MPH. His WHIP as a Minor League starter was 1.32. He also allowed 8.70-H/9 and 3.13-BB/9.
You really want a starter like that pitching his home games at Citizen’s Bank Ballpark?
