A-Rod will begin baseball activities on Thursday

Via Chad Jennings, Alex Rodriguez will head to Tampa on Wednesday and begin baseball activities on Thursday as he rehabs from last month’s knee surgery. The Yankees don’t have (or haven’t announced) a firm date for his return yet, but that’s not a surprise since this will be his first time back out on the field.
