Wait. What?
ByKevin Millar on Wednesday predicted a World Series trophy for the 2008 Baltimore Orioles. Considering that the Orioles will be lucky to win 70 games this year, I have to hope that Millar is joking.

Well, they do have a better chance than the Orioles do.
The Orioles will win it all in 2008, prompting the following events to occur:
1) A certain someone will owe me a steak dinner
2) Nick Markakis will win the AL MVP award
3) Peter Angelos, amazed that he has been unable to somehow sabotage his team despite is efforts to the contrary, will explode, thereby ending his reign of terror.

I agree with Millar. The Pirates are tough, but I think the O’s could take them in seven if they get their offense going.
