Monday Night Open Thread

Sad news to pass along. Derby, the Trenton Thunder bat dog, lost his battle with cancer over the weekend. He was nine. Derby was a second generation bat dog. His father Chase was original Thunder bat dog, and his son Rookie took over bat dog duties in 2016. The team will send out a tribute video on Friday, January 26th, on what would have been Derby’s tenth birthday. Rest in peace, Derby.

Here is the open thread for the night. Alabama and Georgia are playing the college football National Championship Game (8pm ET on ESPN), plus the Nets are playing. That’s pretty much it. Talk about anything that isn’t religion or politics here.
