With the final pick of the 3rd round, the Yanks picked Ryan Pope, RHP, Savannah College of Art & Design

Possibly an easy sign pick to save money since both the first and second round picks are gonna take a bunch of money to sign? I dont got any other reasoning. I would have much rather had Will Middlebrooks, Greg Peavey, or even Kyle Russel

I know nothing about him, but he doesn’t seem to throw all that hard, in the video he seemed to top out at 88MPH.
